How a Successful women achieved her fitter body without food restriction
Helen had been lurking in my audience for a while, reading my content, seeing how I did things.
We initially had a call to which Helen said she wasn’t quite ready yet. Then a year later Helen reached out again to finally become her best self.
Helen was eating around 800 calories and her partner was pushing her to eat less.
Helen wanted to get to a certain weight before working with me.
What Helen wanted was to:

Helen had some hesitations though.
- Would she able to succeed and keep it off this time, could Helen stay on track with the rest of her life while working through the Million Dollar Body.
- What would Helen have to give up in order to get results especially being a mother and having a career.
- How would it be different this time , was this just going to be diet and exercise all over again?

“I "lurked" in Greg's world for many, many years. We even had a discovery call a couple of years before I actually joined him, but bizarrely, I wanted to get to a certain weight before I felt worthy of his coaching and support 🙈”
Here’s what we did
✅ I zoomed out and I knew that Helen was a smart intelligent woman, however Helen did not have the same identity in her career as she did for her health.
✅ I doubled her food intake straight away. I knew that staying on 800 calories was only causing hunger and impacting her appetite. Helen started on 1600 calories, she's now eating around 2000 calories.
✅I used the Agile Eating Method to ensure Helen got the right amount of nutrients and could enjoy the meals she made.
✅ Helped Helen feel safe to rest and take time away from work. Helen is a hard worker but having no separation between work and sleep meant Helen never slept thoroughly.
✅I helped her create a wind down routine so that rest and sleep become an important part of her life.
✅ Designed her training program that meant Helen could start getting stronger and fitter and more importantly how to make sure Helen had boundaries around that time.
✅ Connected the dots on how here whole life was impacting how Helen looked after her body. Everything from friendship, fears and past stories were knitted together to shine a light on what was REALLY holding Helen back.

Helen thought that she would have to use a super restrictive diet and that it was perhaps just another diet and exercise program.
Helen already knew what to eat and how to exercise. What Helen needed was to change the stories she held about herself.
Helen now loves her body and what it can do for her.
Helen has an iron clad belief in how she shows up for herself.
One of the things I loved about working with Helen was that she was excited to see who she could become.
if she had a setback or something wasn’t working Helen would be open about it even if it wasn’t directly related to diet and exercise.
Helen was willing to look at what was going on beneath the surface not just her food.
