One of my clients was experiencing this very same thing.
Here’s what was actually happening.
When I review how my clients are currently eating there are a few things that I notice them doing
That’s killing their energy.
With this client in particular I noticed that she was using Intermittent fasting.
This meant that she wasn’t getting enough food to keep her energy high.
So once she did eat she would get a big dip in energy after lunch.
We created a new schedule of eating that meant she would 3 times a day instead of delaying food too long.
She had this thing in her mind that she wasn’t a “breakfast eater” but she was excited to implement this change.
After a 1 week she was noticing that she wasn’t snacking at work in the afternoon and her energy after lunch felt stable.
Now she could concentrate on her work.
Once you focus not just on what to eat but WHEN to eat you start to see your energy go up and you snack less.
Which then makes it easier to start dropping fat.
