How a business and Mother of 3 got toned without giving up carbs⁣

Lou had tried to get results before by cutting out carbs, doing lots of exercise and finding that she wasn't able to sustain the results while running her business, career and family. ⁣

Lou had always struggled with the “rules” many diets put on her which were just wholly unsustainable. ⁣

What Lou wanted was to:⁣

Have the energy to grow her business ⁣

Love what she saw in the mirror. ⁣

Lose the belly fat after having 3 kids ⁣

Initially Lou was hesitant because she worried about how she would be able to keep things going with everything going on. ⁣

Lou was also worried about how her social life would look like, could she eat out and still keep getting results. ⁣

The biggest thing Lou was worried about was whether she could follow through with the plan. ⁣

Feeling liked she failed again was the LAST thing she wanted to see. ⁣

“I know what to do but i’m worried if I’ll be able to keep it going with everything I have going on”⁣

Here’s how we did it.⁣

First step I did was to assess what Lou’s nutrition would look like using my 3+1 Method that means Lou could eat the foods she loved.⁣

We then created Lou’s new SuperHero Identity so that she always felt confident in executing her plan no matter what came up.⁣

After losing an initial 25lbs Lou told me she was getting married. So we optimised Lou’s exercise strategy so that she felt amazing in her dress then we did the unthinkable.⁣

After Lou’s wedding we gave her a break, increased her food and reduced her exercise as we knew Lou had a busy period coming up. ⁣

I kept Lou feeling supported in her personal goals. We stopped tracking her weight and tracked her habits instead so that she never got demotivated by a few scale fluctuations especially around her cycle.⁣

We created an exercise program that complemented Lou’s work and social situation so that she never fell off plan and was always moving forward no matter what she had going on.⁣

Lou was worried that she would not have the time to prioritise herself which meant she was worried about investing in her health. ⁣

The problem was that it was stopping Lou from growing her business and meant she would hide in pictures. ⁣

The work we have done together means Lou has been able to travel more and feels totally comfortable with her body.⁣

The work we have done to integrate her health into her daily life without it feeling something labour intensive⁣

One of the things that I love about Lou is that even when life got hectic she would reach out and ask what she could do instead of not doing anything if life or work got hectic. ⁣

Whatever was going on we found a solution to keep Lou moving forward. ⁣
